“Upstairs Yoga Flow” is a slower vinyasa meant to stretch, relax, and refresh your body for the weekend. Starting with mindful breath awareness to focus your yoga journey inward, the class builds heat with Sun Salutations and finishes with deep stretches to relax and cool. A great way to start your weekend and release the tension of the work week! Suitable for all ages, levels, and abilities. Great for beginners! Please bring a yoga mat and whatever supplies best supports your yoga practice. Alexis is a 200-RYT from the foothills of NC. They teach a Hatha/Vinyasa style with an emphasis in body positivity.
