Ethereal Breath & Sound Journey is a sacred time for individuals to come together with the intention to deepen their connection to Thyself. During this experience, you will have the opportunity to explore conscious connection to your breath while in the space of receiving and feeling the sound healing frequencies with Certified Sacred Sound Practitioner , Luke Leuterio. This connection to the breath and sound creates a potent field of energy in the room as you step into a transcendent journey with your highest self, empowering thyself. 

The intention of this experience is to come together in a safe space of exploration with thyself and in community with others. With Certified Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator, Haley Marie, you will be held in a safe space as you let the breath move any stagnant or stuck energy and emotions through your body. This is a restorative experience that is sure to leave you feeling grounded, calm, and empowered as the conscious being you are. In remembrance of all that you are and desire to be. 

Come with your yoga mat, a blanket, a small pillow, and journal. Be sure to not eat at least 1-2 hours prior to the session so not to experience digestive discomfort as you drop into the breathwork experience.

Pregnant women

Individuals on heart medications or those with cardiovascular conditions

Those with anxiety disorders, panic attacks, or extreme emotional sensitivities

Individuals with a history of severe mental health conditions, including psychosis or schizophrenia

People with respiratory conditions that impact their breathing, such as asthma, chronic bronchitis, or other lung diseases

Anyone with a history of epilepsy or seizures
